Location change! Holding at the library.

Celebrate Earth Day by watching the Kiss The Ground Documentary at 6:30pm on Monday April 22nd AT THE LIBRARY!. A brief discussion of the film will follow. In case of rain/cold weather the program will be held at the Deer Park Community Center.

The film is an 84-minute glimpse into regenerative agriculture in the US. “A group of scientists, activists, farmers, and politicians come together in a global movement of “Regenerative Agriculture” that could balance the climate, replenish the vast water supplies, and feed the world. “We can reverse global warming and the Earth’s soil is the solution. By regenerating earth, we can completely and rapidly stabilize our planet’s climate, restore lost ecosystems, and create abundant food supplies. As an urgent call to action in addressing the world’s climate crisis, KISS THE GROUND artfully illustrates an accessible, relatively simple solution to humanity’s greatest challenge.”
